Medical – We offer two PPO plans with in and out of network benefits and prescription drug coverage.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account – Offers an excellent way for you to save taxes on the money you set aside for eligible reimbursable health care expenses.
Life Insurance – We provide basic life insurance of 1½ times your eligible annual earnings at no cost to you. You may also purchase supplemental life insurance for you and your eligible dependents.
Paid Time Off – To afford our employees with a positive work-life balance we provide paid time off each year, depending on length of service.
Disability – We offer both short-term and long-term disability insurance to protect you from loss of income due to illness or injury.
Behavioral Health Programs – At no cost to you, the company offers the Employee Assistance Program, Tobacco Cessation Program and Weight Management Program providing confidential information, assistance, and resources to the employee, spouse, and eligible dependent children age 18 and older in the same household.
401(k) Plan – Profit sharing and retirement plan that enables you to save for your future through pre-tax payroll contributions. The plan also provides for an annual discretionary company matching contribution.
