Licensed Plumber 
• Provide advanced level plumbing expertise.
• Plumbing license and 4-6 years plumbing experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes a must.
• Clean driving record required.

Plumbing Tech - Experienced  
• Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.
• Requires previous experience and basic plumbing skills.
• Must have strong customer service and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of all types of pipes and fittings also required.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes preferred.
• Clean driving record required.

Plumbing Tech – Entry Level   
• Diagnose and clean drains in homes and commercial buildings.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems required.
• Will train individuals with strong communication and mechanical skills.
• Clean driving record required.

HVAC Tech - Experienced   
• Maintain, troubleshoot, install and repair HVAC systems.   
• HVAC system knowledge preferred.   
• EPA refrigerant certification required.   
• Clean driving record required.

HVAC Tech – Entry Level   
• Maintain, repair, install and service residential HVAC systems.   
• Maintain good, ongoing customer relations.   
• Will train individuals with strong communication and mechanical skills.  
• Clean driving record required.

HVAC Professionals – New Construction
• Opportunities available for Installation Mechanics, Installation Startup/Warranty Technicians and Installation Helpers.   
• Will perform and/or assist in the installation of HVAC systems for commercial and residential customers.  
• Will be called on to maintain positive customer relations.   
• Requires related technical skills and general industry knowledge.

Sheet Metal Fabricator   
• Fabricate and build custom sheet metal duct work, products and fittings to meet design requirements for residential, commercial or new construction HVAC installations.  
• Review detailed drawings to determine cut list prior to fabrication.
• Requires demonstrated sheet metal fabrication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Electrical Services Tech   
• Working under an experienced technician, will install, troubleshoot, maintain and service electrical systems.   
• Must have basic electrical skills and knowledge of electrical codes.
• Clean driving record required.

Customer Service Representative   
• Maintain strong customer relations.
• Resolve issues, schedule appointments and provide consistent communication.  
• Involves extensive telephone interaction. 
• Requires previous customer service experience and PC proficiency.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Customer Service Specialist   
• Will take a lead role in building customer relations.   
• Resolve complex customer issues and provide ongoing communication.  
• Train and guide lower level staff.  
• Involves extensive telephone interaction.   
• Requires 3-5 years of customer service experience and PC proficiency.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Dispatcher   
• Will help build strong customer relations by scheduling service technicians to achieve maximum service efficiency.   
• Plan the workday and manage time of technicians based on their skill level.
• Requires related customer service experience.
• Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office applications.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
