ARS/Rescue Rooter expands HVAC service into Northern California
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 16, 2010) — ARS®/Rescue Rooter®, a privately held, nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services, announced today the purchase of the Residential Services Division of Beutler Corporation and the formation of a strategic alliance between the two companies in Northern California.
Beutler, one of the nation’s leading residential HVAC new construction contractors, will continue to provide new construction HVAC installations. ARS®/Rescue Rooter® is expanding the residential cooling and heating service and replacement business under the brand name Beutler Air Conditioning Services, an ARS®/Rescue Rooter® Company.

This strategic alliance is designed to optimize the strengths of each entity, thus providing the area’s most comprehensive HVAC service including, residential new construction, warranty, replacement, enhancement and maintenance services.
