(January 16, 2008) - American Residential Services LLC, a privately held, nationwide provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services through the ARS^® and Rescue Rooter® brands, has acquired Air-Trol Heating and Air Conditioning as part of the company's stated strategy for continued growth through strategic acquisitions.

Air-Trol has been a major provider of heating and air conditioning services since 1979, servicing both residential and commercial clients. The company will become part of ARS^® / Rescue Rooter^®, which already operates a branch in the Indianapolis area. The Air-Trol staff will be joining the ARS^® / Rescue Rooter^® team.
