American Residential Services Acquires Aspen Air
American Residential Services (ARS), a Memphis, TN based privately held national provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Aspen Air ConditioningSM in Boca Raton, FL. This acquisition will be in the eighth major metro market that ARS serves in Florida, further broadening its statewide presence.“Our vision for national growth is made possible through the addition of quality service providers such as Aspen Air.
