Since your technicians performed major sewer work for us…I have been meaning to write to you… I must admit to you that the price was fair, considering all the work, the complexity, and the weather conditions, it being mid-December, and cold…As the work progressed I began to appreciate the extent and value of the work. Much of the work was done in sub-freezing weather; the digging was not easy—there were large roots and rocks. One large piece of granite must have weighed over 500 pounds, and it was amazing that it could be removed from such a narrow space, and taken away from our property.  I want you to know how much I appreciate the efficiency of Mr. Adams in organizing and supervising this operation…One of the best things he did was in selecting what I acknowledge was your best two-man crew for this job: Tyler Harris and Chris Naszadian. These two performed their jobs with lights-out efficiency; very professional and competent. Finally, you can feel free to use me as reference on future difficult jobs.
