I'm writing this letter as a commendation for your Service Technician, Dennis. Dennis has now been to my home three times over the past few months to repair my two residential HVAC systems. On all occasions he has performed outstanding work and provided us terrific service. His professionalism and patience have aided us in understanding not only what the problems were with our systems but how they failed and as much detail as we required to understand how they would be repaired.
