Last Thursday when we had a service call from ARS to check our heating and ac system, little did we realize that we would end with a new unit and duckwork before the week was out. It was not something that we had planned but now realize that with the turn in the weather that our timing was pretty good.
We are grateful for the professional manner which everyone showed to us. From Chris, who did the initial inspection to you, who responded quickly and directed Penny and myself to a system that would provide the needed comfort at a fair price. As promised, you and the installers were at our house the next morning to start the change over.
Barry and Pete were very good. They worked swiftly and with great efficiency. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything and removed all the trash. On Saturday morning they returned and had completed the installation by shortly after noon. We had cool air flowing once again!
