I wanted to write to thank the people who helped on the repairs at my house. I found all the staff to be professional, personable and also kind. I appreciated your allowing me to watch the work in progress and [your] clear explanations.
Allen McCoy was the first. On Dec 27th, he was persistent in getting to the cause of the problem. Dallas who came in to complete the diagnosis of the problem was extremely patient and open in planning and supervising the repair…Robert who came out on New Years Day was able to find our secondary problem and took time to reassure us that even though he could not fix the problem, we were in good hands. Gregg Carpenter, despite a temporary setback, provided ingenuity to repair our broken pipe on Jan 5th. Bob, who came to repair the cabinet on 1/7 did an excellent job, as did Jan who moved the water lines for him.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family. And thanks again for the service.

On September 9th, I awoke to find an odor coming from the basement. Upon investigating my husband determined we must have a back-up in our sewer line. Without hesitation we called Rescue Rooter whom we had used in the past with great satisfaction. Within the hour they were here ready to fix the problem. Upon examining the pipe and attempting to clean it out, our worst suspicions were realized. Our sewer pipe from the house to the street had collapsed.
By chance, the workman who came to clean out the drain pipe, had a field supervisor with him, Kevin Adams. Kevin went right to work analyzing what needed to be done, calling all the right people to get the permits we needed, setting up the dates and confirming that everything would be ok.
A couple of days later the crew showed up to start the job. On that crew were Chris and Eric along with their helpers. They want right to work, digging and moving the dirt to reach the pipe in one of our hottest days of the year. The entire time they worked on the project, never a complaint was heard. There was always a smile on their faces, along with laughter and very hard work. They worked into the dark to make sure we had our water and sewer working before nightfall and we did. The next day back they came still smiling.
What else can anybody ask for? Excellent customer service, fabulous job, and skilled workmen doing that job. We will be forever grateful for the opportunity to meet these wonderful men.

Since your technicians performed major sewer work for us…I have been meaning to write to you… I must admit to you that the price was fair, considering all the work, the complexity, and the weather conditions, it being mid-December, and cold…As the work progressed I began to appreciate the extent and value of the work. Much of the work was done in sub-freezing weather; the digging was not easy—there were large roots and rocks. One large piece of granite must have weighed over 500 pounds, and it was amazing that it could be removed from such a narrow space, and taken away from our property. I want you to know how much I appreciate the efficiency of Mr. Adams in organizing and supervising this operation…One of the best things he did was in selecting what I acknowledge was your best two-man crew for this job: Tyler Harris and Chris Naszadian. These two performed their jobs with lights-out efficiency; very professional and competent. Finally, you can feel free to use me as reference on future difficult jobs.
