I would like to commend ARS on the excellent work they performed to install our new furnace and air conditioner. The ARS technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They were also very conscientious in making sure tarps were laid to protect the floors. After a bad experience with a prior installation this reaffirms my belief that there are still craftsmen who care about their work. I am very pleased with the installation. I also appreciate a salesman who conveys that he is interested in working with the customer to select proper and efficient products.
