This is a follow-up to my conversation with you this afternoon. I wanted it noted that your technician Bill, who serviced my home today, was extremely thorough and tacked a crawl space leak that he could barely get through. […] I expressed that I was using 450 gallons of water daily and he said he would go in and see if he could do it. The space was so narrow […] but he went there several times to access, fix and then check to ensure the leak was fixed.I truly appreciate his efforts! Additionally, Bill was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and explained what was going on in laymen's terms and provided insight to how this leak possibly occurred. I had 2 other issues that he addressed and 1 was resolved. The other may still be an issue, but didn't appear to be at the time of the service call. Bill instructed me on what to listen and look for on the toilet valve leak and gave me his personal cell number to call and let him know the status this evening. I think that was above the call or duty. Haven't had a technician volunteer their personal information nor show that kind of commitment.

I thought it appropriate that I write a letter to the management of ARS. I had some plumbing work done and I wanted to commend how professional your co-worker, Mike Johns, was from the time he walked into the door to leaving. I have had a lot of workers in my home doing odd jobs, but have never had one so professional. He immediately put on blue shoe covers to protect my floors from his feet. During the job he let me know of the problems I was faced with. At the end of his work, he asked for a vacuum to clean up when he was finished. I was so impressed that I felt I should make it known to the company how pleased I was with his work.

In today’s world, to meet an “honest” person is a wonderful experience when dealing in the realm of sales. I cannot thank you enough for your thorough investigation of our newly installed heat pump and the possibility of adding a humidifier system to it. After our ensuing conversations, regarding both my piano technician’s concern for more humidity and our “mold and mildew” problems that ARS helped to resolve a couple of years ago (thank you again…), it became apparent quickly that what we did NOT need was more humidity! I had forgotten about our past issues with the mold smell in our
basement, which is now completely corrected thanks to ARS.
I was able to make the informed decision to not pursue a humidifier at this time because of your honesty and professionalism. You took the time to answer all my questions and you were well informed.
You did not solicit this positive response regarding your help, but it would please me greatly if you would forward this letter to your immediate boss. I insist as a matter of fact! He/she needs to know that “honesty” and “professionalism” will take a business further than anything else. You can be assured that I will encourage and support future friends and family who might need to contact your business in the future in regards to your services. I’m one of eleven children and my family is about 80 people strong at the moment. I can sway a lot of customers your way!
