Life Insurance – We provide basic life insurance of 1½ times your eligible annual earnings at no cost to you. You may also purchase supplemental life insurance as well as insurance for your eligible dependents.
Paid Time Off – To afford our employees with a positive work-life balance we provide up to 18 days of paid time off each year, depending on length of service.
Disability – We offer both short-term and long-term disability insurance to protect you and your family from loss of income due to illness or injury.
LifeManagement Program – This program provide no-cost, confidential services to help deal with the stress and challenges of life issues such as financial/legal issues, chemical dependency, marital/family problems and work/life balance.
Profit Sharing and Retirement Plan – This is a 401(k) program that enables you to save for your future through pre-tax payroll contributions. The plan also provides for an annual discretionary company matching contribution.
