The Plumbing Tech. gentleman Ed was one of the most honest and candid person. No sugar coating, no attempts to overcharge or take advantage of my situation. My entire Sewer System and main drainage lines in my house had to be Hydro jetted and vacuumed. Professional, respectable, punctual and advised on preventive measures. Eric did great, came in talked about what we needed to do and the cost. Went and got the disposal came back and had it done in a great timeline.

They both work Sunday which rescued me and a house full of teenage girls with sewage problems at the beach. Sand Sewage Sunday was rescued by Rescue Rooter! Thank You so much!

The technicians who came, Homer and Joe, displayed excellent customer service skills. They explained everything, allowed me to observe, and taught me some things about my property that I hadn’t known. They were much better than previous service I’d had with a more well-known company. I will definitely use them again — although I hope to never have to!!

They were prompt to respond to our emergency call on a Sunday morning before guests arrived, and schedule a technician to come out right away! Tom, our technician, was thorough, prompt, courteous and thoroughly explained the situation and our alternatives. He was Covid compliant and explained everything he was doing and gave us tips to prevent future problems...highly recommend Tom and this service!
