Ed was a pleasure to deal with in working with my wife and me on the selection of an appropriate replacement heat pump system last Saturday. He also worked with us to arrive at what we believe to be a fair price for the system. I had a horrible time getting a service appointment set up with a company to service my A/C. I bought a new home last year, August 2009. I never had to deal with service companies in the past since I lived in an apartment. And my first experience was definitely not a good one, until I was able to speak to Mrs. Jones. She was nothing but professional and made me feel like my concerns are important to her and she listened and took the time to write and note everything that had happened to me until the point when I talked to her. She made sure to reinsure me that this is not the way ARS does business and was very sincere with her apologies and in the manner she spoke to me.
Mrs. Jones made sure that I had a technician come out the same day I had this conversation with her, I only had a standby appointment setup for that day, but after everything that had happened she assured me someone will be there today. (Tom was there the same day and resolved my problem I had with my A/C). If it would have not been for Mrs. Jones I can assure you I would have never considered using ARS now or in the future to do business with and to service any of my appliances ever.

Your employee Robert Davis serviced my air conditioner yesterday (on a Sunday). I am writing this letter to you to commend Mr. Davis' excellent service. Not only was he pleasant and helpful, but he was one of the most efficient technicians that I have ever had from your company. I was a bit dubious about doing this on a Sunday, but Mr. Davis took the time to thoroughly check and clean my air conditioner, made a repair, and advised me on what I should do to keep it in top running condition. Really, no one has done the job so efficiently before and I have been using ARS for my heating and air conditioning for many years.
Please pass my sincere appreciation on to Mr. Davis and I hope he can be recognized in some special way for his excellent work ethics and expertise. I hope he will stay with you for many years to come to that I can request him again and again in the future.

I was waiting to see how the system performed for a week before reporting back to you on the installation of AC and heat pump systems last Wednesday.
The installation team was courteous and helpful and I thought they did a really great job. Rockie , the Team leader, was not only attentive to every detail but, he also went out of his way to explain patiently all aspects of the operation. Bob Soappman was particularly helpful in offering advice on the layout of the installation.
At the end of the day, Rockie expressed his concerns that the Home Generator we had was not properly hooked up to the AC unit. I immediately called my company and asked for an appointment ASAP. Unfortunately, they could not schedule until Tuesday (Today July 27) and by that time you can guess what happened. The storm on Sunday cut off our power and our generator did not cover the AC. I called Bob Soappman and he volunteered to come by while the generator people were here. Well, he did even more, as he arrived early and analyzed the problem so well that the generator electrician was able to rewire the system in minutes and solve the problem.
I really appreciate your attention to this case and am happy that you have asked Bob Soappman to be my "go to" guy!
The system seems to be working like a charm. It is cool, quiet and I am waiting to see cost effectiveness with my new bill. My only other request at this stage is that you treat all my referrals with the same attentiveness.

My comments are directly for the technician, Mr. Robert Davis, who arrived to service our A/C unit. Mr. Davis was extremely courteous to me and respectful of our home. He covered his shoes (to protect my floors) prior to entering my home and made it a point to cover his shoes each time he had to go outside and re-enter. Mr. Davis offered some safety tips [...]. I must say that Mr. Davis immediately discovered the problems. He thoroughly explained to me what the problems were and what was required to rectify them. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Mr. Davis assured me he would get me A/C up and running shortly. He was a man of his word. I was totally satisfied with having Mr. Davis service our A/C. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. I will always request that Mr. Davis service our unit whether it is for our annual service/maintenance or a service call throughout the year KUDOS TO MR. DAVIS.

I really appreciated the professional attitude and zeal that Jonathan had in repairing our HVAC unit. It was even more evident because of the lack of service and poor attitude of the last company that serviced my HVAC (unit). I also appreciate your efforts in keeping the cost down. I would like to take this opportunity to commend the workers who completed the install at my residence. It was during the month of June of this year. My assessment was that they were extremely courteous, professional, and considerate. Considerate of the fact that they were in and out of someone's house, given that the homeowners were home. I would also note that if I needed an install today, I would want the same two individuals to handle the job. I would also recommend them to others who may be looking or are on the fence of deciding who to call regarding their HVAC work. I would add that this was spearheaded by Dave Hume, the field supervisor for ARS. Dave was top notch and really eased my fears about what was about to happen. Although I have paid for the service, I have no complaints.
