Quotation mark. We recently moved into our house and wanted to install a Google Nest Thermostat which we purchased at Lowe’s today. I called ARS first thing on Saturday morning and they were able to send a technician, DeAndrew, out the same day to install and help us program the new Nest Thermostat onto our phones. In addition to our Nest, he looked at our furnace and gave me a few valuable pointers since I am not very familiar with our furnace yet. He also gave us some recommendations about our furnace for future consideration once we become more familiar with our house. I really appreciated ARS and DeAndrew’s prompt same day service and the fact that start to finish the job was completed in the same day.

Quotation mark. I was disappointed with the tech. He came in my house, without booties on his feet it was pouring down raining out side his shoes was wet. I asked him about covering his feet. He claimed he run out of them. Not no excuse because it's been raining all day. He track water on my hard wood floor. And down in the basement where I have carpet. I have to clean my floors and carpet after he left. I asked him what was wrong with the heating unit. He just said it was a small problem.. Didn't go though with me on how to use the thermostat. I think all this wasn't professional. And his attitude. He stated that the company provides the shoe covering. I stated that you knew its was raining. You shall have been prepared. Before entering clients house. Thanks. Also I will call back because the problem hasn't been fixed. I have my thermostat on 77 and the house isn't warming. The vent is blowing air only They sent other tech I was happy about his work. Ans explained to me . How to operate the thermostat and explained to me .That a part is needed. I appreciate the last tech thanks

He gave a thorough analysis of what needs to be done next. Glad to have called ARS who promptly came out on a Saturday.
