Andrew , the technician, did a thorough analysis of the AC system & answered all my questions about his varied detailed tests. Andrew was great. Blue Dot also fit me in on a day that was high heat ~ 90 deg. and had other emergency calls that superseded mine. Blue Dot did well !

My technician, Adrian, was excellent. He was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. He explained all that he had done and explained the need for a part that I decided to have installed to help the compressor to be more efficient.

My experience with Blue Dot today was outstanding from call to finish repair. Mark D. is very knowledgeable he diagnosed the furnace issue and made the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. Mark also shared valuable maintenance tips with me. Mark showed up at our home only 2 1/2 hours after I called.

I have to say that every tech person deserve 5 stars. Today Mr. Adrian Evans a 5 +.
My lower rating really has to do with being notified at 2pm by Blue Dot that Mr. Evan's had only 1 call before me. He arrived 3 1/2 hours after the original call.
When you make these calls you should give the customer a time range when the tech will be arriving. I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten back if I had an idea it actually would be 3 1/2 hours before the tech would arrive.
Please consider improving your notification process.

I was happy to have your company be in better contact with me about the last bit of the water heater install. Ryan was very professional and luckily, tall enough to do the job. He also helped explain about water pressure valves. So glad this is finalized.
