Of course our air conditioner dies right before company is coming and when the weather hits 90. McCarthy Setvices came out same day and Brian went above and beyond coming out after hours, answering all of our questions, and helping find the perfect new air conditioner. He even helped us get it installed next day. Thank you!

McCarthy Services has such a terrific A/C tech! His name is Alex and works in the Winchester VA area! He was professional, trustworthy and efficient. I highly recommend McCarthy Services if you have any A/C issues. Their staff was very nice and responsive also. You just don’t get good service anymore and they were incredible!!!

I Decided Juice McCarthy Services And the technician the name was Marvin, he went above and beyond giving excellent service following up, helping to contact the management and in less than 24 hours I have a new AC system install and using on my tenants were very happy with this service.

Bekele Keskessa might be the best service tech who has ever come into our home. He is knowledgeable, polite and experienced. He answered all my questions and did a thorough checkup of our AC system. I will ask for him by name if we ever need another service.

Service tech was very polite, and explained clearly his inspection. Having billing errors corrected took more than 4 phone calls over 3 days. I had to call to verify what time the service tech was arriving based on our scheduled date and approx. time given.

We needed a full HVAC replacement and received a quote from a highly rated company. I felt it was too high and so I called my neighbor who had two systems replaced last fall. He referred me to Chris with McCarthy Services. Gave him a call around 2:30pm and explained the situation. Fortunately for us, Chris was in the area and stopped by 20 minutes latter to evaluate the system.
Chris was a very professional and knowledgeable who thoroughly explained all of the options and presented a very fair price for a full HVAC replacement. Covered details on the specs, installation process, warranty, rebate available and service after the install. He was able to set up the install the very next day.
Day of the install went very smoothly. A two man team showed up promptly at 0800, explained the process and got to work after laying down coverings on all carpeted surfaces.
They were finished by around 2:00pm and then provided me an overview of the new system, operations, etc. This was a huge job and they got it done quickly and efficiently you. They hauled away the old system and cleaned everything up.
I got another quote from a highly rated HVAC company but McCarthys was able to beat their price by 15%. Plus I felt that Chris did a much better job evaluating our old system snd requirements and provided several options. There was no “hard sell” or pressure to sign a contract.
They gave a great quote on a hot water heater replacement which we will likely do in the future.
Overall, I highly recommend McCarthy Services for any HVAC need. Thank you very much!

6 out of 5 stars! Don’t even bother looking for any other provider, these guys are the best! We used them for a full HVAC replacement. They were even the most affordable option for us and provided all discounts and rebates upfront.
Dorsey, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and thorough. He was available to answer any questions at any time regardless of nights and weekends. Alejandro, our service tech, worked diligently to fix our HVAC.
These guys will work until you are fully satisfied with your service!

McCarthy Services is an excellent heating & cooling service company. In fact, in 2020, they replaced our dual zone system - furnaces (2), Carrier HVACs (2), UV Light air scrubbers (2) 75 gallon water heater, & April Air humidifier.
Excellent install and 5 year service contract.. Jeremiah, Service Rep serviced our heating system today and did an excellent job.
