Tristan helped me out with a new unit I have. It started to form algae. He was super informative and really kind. He explained how everything worked and did the job in a professional manner without causing damage or getting the area dirty. Give this guy a raise. Any company would be happy to have him.

Travis Grippe was over at our house tonight, we had an issue with our 23 yr old unit and needed a new HVAC system. We received a referral through home depot for a free estimate. Travis was very thorough, explained a lot of things to us about the system, we are new homeowners and bombarded him with questions. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. Addressed our concerns and touched key points on things that were a concern to us. Amazing customer service, did everything to help us stay within budget and give us affordable options, as well as good equipment and warranty info. we made a purchase and hope the rest of this transaction goes as well as it did with Travis the sales rep. Cecil the Tech did an excellent fast and efficient job fixing my AC unit. Had a 2yr warranty for both my Carrier units so glad ARS upheld their agreement to service and repair.

After a possible cancellation due to storms the phone tech decided to send repairman out to check thermostat connections. He was on time. Very very thorough and checked for clogged drain which no one else had ever done. He took his time. Was courteous, respectful, approachable and smiled. Love to have him every time
Today, 8/23, after three previous repairman trying to identify the problem why our new unit could not bring the temp to 72 no matter what we set the thermostat, Kevin found that the wire used to push the unit basically into second gear was not programmed adequately! After doing so the vent and fan and unit that did very little changed! For the first time, we heard a hum from the unit. Vents shot old cold air even in the distant bedrooms and the thermostat showed the second tier was online. The house immediately cooled down. Just when we feared our problem would continue into winter, never getting an answer before the warranty expired! Kevin was friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise before he goes out and starts his own business
