The installers were very courteous and efficient. One installed the inside pieces while the other worked outside. The AC is working great, and everything including the way the unit was put in at an angle to be able to get the filter out, shows how much consideration and care was put into the install.

Mr Shin was the tech and he thoroughly check out my system and discovered it had a leak. When it was installed I told the installers there may be a leak in the line because I was loosing freon but they said there was no leak.
Mr Shin took his time and made sure my unit was operating properly. Thank you so much.
