Nathan did an excellent job fixing my AC unit and he was incredibly kind and professional.
I wish I could say the same for all ARS employees. I've had two occasions where the technician just didn't show up on the scheduled day and I had to call and reschedule. But they're good when they actually show up.

Added on. I had a few issues with my unit and Jose Vincent is THE GOAT. He maintains his professionalism and communicates and FIXES the issue. I'm amazed.
Very knowledgeable and thorough. Respectful and explained the issues that were founded. The technician was very professional, he walked in and went right to work. It was an in depth job.
I will most definitely use this company again in the future.
