Great experience working with ARS Pittsburgh. I had a 1988 AC condenser/system that I monitored every spring. This year’s tune up, by a tech from ARS, revealed an issue with the temperature and pressures of the refrigerant line. The obvious recommendation was to install a new unit as a repair of the old unit with R22 refrigerant would cost a lot (perhaps the same as a new unit). The next day from the tune up another associate came by to provide a free estimate for a new unit with different options based on cost and efficiency. Happy to say that ARS worked with me on getting a new unit that fit my budget and my request to install the AC condenser in a different location. Within 36 hours of giving them the green light to go with the installation, I got my new unit installed, where I wanted it. I 100% recommend working with ARS for your HVAC needs.

Scheduling my annual A/C System Tune-Up was easy from the get-go. The receptionist was professional and kind. Dustin, the service technician, was great! He was respectful of my property, explained what he did, made suggestions when I asked, and did not pressure me to have a part replaced. I had ARS replace my furnace and a/c 4 years ago, and I am very pleased with the units and their work. Great people who do quality work.

ARS and Rich coordinated things with a convenient and technically outstanding and thorough spring maintenance. Rich provided an experienced professional well communicated assessment of several motors/compressors and related equipment He helped us understand and make rational knowledgeable decisions on maintenance, repairs and replacements of several items. He also provided relevant background information on his experiences that reinforced his suggestions and our limited working knowledge of our own system and HVAC in general.

ARS went above and beyond to ensure my house was setup correctly and functioning properly after installation. Through some trial and error everything appears to be working great. Mike one of their technicians was very courteous, personable, and professional throughout the installation process. He’s a great guy and a good representative for their company.

ARS has installed our heating/AC twice. We continue to use them because they do everything they can to get things working to our expectation. When we went from a heat pump unit to gas, they were patient and persistent about getting the unit working and helping me to adjust to it. They are great.
