Kay Smart was very professional and informative. Super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure to answer all my questions, I learned a lot after talking to her amd felt like I made informed decisions. She gave lots of options and made sure to work within our schedule; I would ABSOLUTELY refer a friend or family member to her if they ever need it.

They were later than the window that was given. Johnny was awesome and friendly and patient! Had a sense of humor great guy hard worker…. Little more expensive than I’d like but it had to happen!

Randy was very polite and knowledgeable. He provided me the best information and suggestions and support. He took time to explain my issue. I will definitely be calling ARS for any future projects or issues. Thank you Randy and ARS for getting out here and quickly and solving cooling problem.

Tonight our kitchen sink was clogged with a very slow drain. Ed was sent to our home took a quick look provided options and clearly explained everything so that I could make the very best choice. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and really fast. Would definitely give them a call again. -Tony

Your technician Chris did a great job. Not just by trying to locate the problem but by doing it with courtesy and in a very professional way.
The system did not make the noise I called to complain about while he was there so there was not much he could have done in repairing other than checking the system.
He left me with good advice like to record the sound if it happens again.
I am very grateful for his honesty.
