The gentleman to give us an appraisal was very professional and kind. The 2 gentleman that installed the AC and thermostat were professional, kind, and helpful going through paperwork and going over the thermostat. They were prompt and didn't take long at all. Strongly recommend!

I scheduled my water heater replacement with Jamie, the supervisor. He was great, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave me a 2 hour time frame but the email gave me a different 3 hour time frame. So I went with what was in writing, right? The installer showed up during that 2 hour time frame .. while I was still at work. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes away. The installer wasn't at my house when I got home. He came back but didn't knock on the door or introduce himself. When he finished the installation, he didn't clean up any trash or mess.

The guy was fast and professional who did the maintenance. The person on the phone however who said his arrival time was way off. I waited outside for an hour( I have a gate you have to open with remote). Finally he showed up and was very apologetic, but I don't blame him it's dispatch who don't know how long it takes to get from one place to another. I guess they need better communication.

This was one of the best experiences I have had since moving to Florida 10 years ago. Both the agent and the heater man was so nice and they both did such an excellent job they deserve a raise! I'm so glad I chose you guys

Purchased AC, a couple of items were missed. After a few calls they sent out techs to complete project. Also had to follow up on paperwork for warranty. No issues with install.

The team of installers (Lee & can’t quite remember the other guy name) sent to my home were both amazing and they worked fantastic together. They both were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous! Couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to install my new HVAC unit!
