Water heater issue. ***** was very professional. He answered all my many questions and explained what needed to be replaced. He completed the work and did a great job cleaning the space. Will definitely call ARS again.

Jesus and Eric were awesome. They arrived on time were knowledgeable, kind and courteous of my home and things. They gave me detailed information about options and of installation process as well as new safety code updates. They protected the floors and removed any art and breakables that were in the way of their work path.. They finished the installation in about 2 hours and replaced all items back in their place. The installation is neat and tidy and all permit paperwork is being done through them as well. The company was able to get them out to me within two hours of initial call to get life back on track quickly. I definitely recommend them.

I called at 1 pm desperately needing a plumber today, they were here within an hour. And Robert the tech was awesome. Explained to me what he was doing and had it fixed within about 30 minutes. Great service.

***** and **** were awesome! Knowledgeable, kind and courteous of my ***************. They gave me detailed information about my choices and install process and new safety code items. The work was done in about 2 hours and I have loooots of stairs. They protected floors while they worked and removed and rehung any breakables that were in their path. The new install looks neat and professional. The company was able to get them out to me quickly so life could get back on track. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely satisfied and had a great experience with the Jesus when he replaced our water heater. From the start he said we were welcome to watch and ask any questions about the process. He was very informative, explaining what he was doing and why. Along the way I learned quite a bit about gas and tankless options available and which one made sense for our particular needs. Jesus had a great demeanor and represented ARS very well. Based on our experience we would not hesitate to recommend ARSA Rescue Rooter to our friends and family.

Excellent, excellent service and workmanship by Jesus. My new water heater installation looks like a spaceship compared to the old one. I highly recommend.

We had hydro-blast, epoxy coating, and sewage liner done a few years ago with twenty years warranty. Recently, shower and kitchen experienced slow drain. We performed draining with Drano but wanted to have pros come in to check if there is issue with main drain pipes. Rescue Rooter guy came to inspect a few places but could not duplicate slow draining we experienced. He explained the warranty is on the main sewage pipes and they can offer snake service. Although we did not have any pluming job done today, but we are pleased to have a courteous and well trained plumber going over our options and what we can do routinely to maintain our pipe to prevent over flow. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
