I am so happy with the gentleman came to work on my water heater and modified some water outlets that would allow me to shut it off in the winter, since my home is 60 years old and it difficult to work on everything since the pipe was so high up to the narrow ceiling.
He so patient and his expertise made it look easy.
I appreciate his professionalism and his hard work,.
I highly recommended this company if you need a similar work on your home.

Great experience! They spent over 15 hrs in several days to put in a new 115 ft sewer liner. These will be my plumbers as each person was respectful, really nice, and professional. Shout out to Dontae and John - you guys are fantastic!

Very happy with the job John S with rescue rooter did for me yesterday. I had 2 leaks at the house and John was the second plumber I called. The first was a different company and was not satisfied with their estimates.
ARS came very promptly and fixed the 2 leaks I had in a professional and friendly manner. John S was very good at explaining what was needed to fix the leaks and was very good with time. The pricing was discussed upfront as well and was very reasonable. Will be a returning customer for sure!

Bryce did an evaluation and gave me 3 options. Started with augering the line and that worked. He was friendly, professional and explained everything needed well. Would hire your company again. Thought the price was reasonable for the weekend.

Extremely satisfied with the service and results. Had a stubborn clogged shower drain after a remodel. Drain hadn't been used in over 30 years. The service technician sent out, Jordan, was super cool and kept at it until the job was finished. Would highly recommend their services if you need it in the future.
