Atlas Trillo installed a Carrier HVAC system to replace my 85 year old gravity heat furnace. We appreciate Steve, our sales contact, who gave us very detailed explanation of available systems and of the system we chose. Hector and Rigo, installers, were professional, polite, and attentive to detail. The work was beautifully done in a timely manner. City inspection passed the first time with no issues.

Excellent service, called at 10 AM after the heat had gone out the night before, was back up and running by 2pm same day. Tech was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and had parts on hand.

I had a major drain clog. Ignacio took the time to make sure it was done right and offered some suggestions on things I should do without being pushy. He cleaned up the work area nicely and was very pleasant to interact with.

Atlas is the first company who called me back and scheduled onsite estimate a few hours after I submitted request. Steven was on time, provided a few options, and was able to secure the earliest time slot for HVAC replacement. Our technician Hector finished the job in 3 days. Hector is very professional, patient, and answered all my questions, and showed us how to use and maintain the system. His cleaned the job site, explained what will happen next which made us very comfortable. Thanks, Hector and Steven.

Technician was great, providing good explanations on the issue and what it would take to fix. Main complaint was the inability to actually arrive within my appointment slot. They had to come by multiple times between the assessment and some supply chain issues delaying parts. There was not one time that they hit the 4 hour window they provided me. The saving grace is they were apologetic and then worked to find a time later in the day that worked for me.

Found Atlas Trillo online. Our forced air heating was not working during one of the biggest storms we’ve had in Santa Cruz in decades. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and provided the repair in a timely manner. Ruben our technician was great. All in all , very pleasant experience for us.

Danny Vo, the technician, saw the problem right away and replaced it. He mentioned that our furnace is really old and advised us to have it replaced, but he didn’t push us to have it done right away. He just mentioned that our furnace may not last longer than we expect. He was very polite and explained the problem.. I would recommend him to anyone..

In midst of terrible storm wall gas heater broke. Called company and repairman arrived in 3 hours and quickly diagnosed broken thermostat and replaced it. He was very kind considerate and competent
