When ARS/Rescue Rooter called to set up an appointment to give us a quote didn't have very high expectations of a company name ARS Rescue Rooter being appropriate to re-insulate my attic. However, we set it up anyway. Our initial doubts changed rapidly when Liran Friedman arrived at our home to inspect the attic and provide us with the quote. Liran was professional, and knowledgeable, and quickly dispelled doubts about the company's expertise and told us of their long history in this area despite the name. He also, mentioned things that were important to us like adequate corporate insurance to protect us, the warranty his company provided, and the quality workmanship of the personnel who would be doing the work. He inspected the attic and returned with photos, as well as measurements of the existing insulation throughout the attic. He then gave us go-forward options to provide our attic with adequate insulation and ventilation (we had none with no attic vent fans whatsoever). His customer service was wonderful and we were made to feel that what we wanted was of paramount importance. After patiently answering the many questions my wife and I both had we felt fully informed which allowed us to make an educated decision about how we would like to proceed. At the end of the day, we knew Liran Friedman and ARS/Rescue Rooter's quote was the best and last quote we would need. In closing, don't be fooled by the name. This company will solve your insulation problems promptly, and professionally and provide you with the results you were looking for when you decided to search for service providers on the Home Depot site.

I was very pleased at the information that I was given by the technician that came out he gave me more information in the 30 minutes he was here then the handyman who's been working on this AC unit for 2 years I would be very happy to have ARS come back out and fix this system where it's running properly and everything is wired the right way but again that's up to my landlord so I have to get him to be okay with it or I'm just going to go to legal route and tell him that I'm going to have ARS fix my AC unit and he can argue that in court if he wants to.
