I used Hauser today to do an HVAC system assessment for me in a new home I recently purchased. Rob arrived on time and performed the system audit with me at his hip, telling me at each step what he was doing and why it was important. He was very informative and patient in answering my questions, and when he left I felt very informed about what I am looking at and what my high level options are in terms of how to proceed.

Air conditioning went out today, got fixed today. Great timing. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Technician knew his stuff and only took him about 15 minutes and he was done even let me know I had a warranty that I didn’t even know about so thanks.

We used Hauser for our new HVAC unit and are extremely happy! We originally met with Bill Koepke. He was always responsive and
gave us the best customer service we could ask for. Logan McLane and his team did the installation of our new unit. They were all polite, efficient, and timely. Logan took extra care to walk through the details with me, showing and explaining in detail our new unit. I would highly recommend Hauser for any heating or air conditioning needs!

Good professional service.they do charge more for replacement filters than you would pay on your own however. I paid $80 for an Aprilaire 213 replacement filter - 40% more that I would have paid if I purchased the identical filter on Amazon ( who sells it for $57).

Blake was friendly and efficient. Serviced my furnace and replaced my furnace filter as well. Have used Hauser for years. They installed my current furnace and AC unit back in 2014.
