My coils were frozen this morning and I called to have someone come out and let me know the costs. The service fee was reasonable and they let me know what the cause was. The technician gave me suggestions and they sent someone out for estimates the same day.

Dean was our tech that came out. Fixed the problem right away. Tested and inspected our inside unit and outside unit. And walked me through all the numbers he was looking to get. Was honest about all the finding and said our unit was in good condition besides some mildew/spores told me about some things they offer to help with air quality and to keep the unit cleaner so it won’t clog again. Didn’t pressure me into the sale at all and let me read about it while he completed the testing. Ended up getting the air scrubber hopefully it will help with our Sons Asthma that he just started getting when we moved in to our house. Great job he was a very professional tech.

Electrician was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything he was doing. He changed the motor during a rain storm so that we would not be without AC over the 90+ degree weekend.
