They did a great job and remained trustworthy. Another plumber gave me a quote for more than twice as much, wanting to replace much more than needed to be fixed. Vanja walked me though exactly what I needed, nothing more, saving me money, and doing a great job at it.

Wow, we had a major issue in our new house - septic power was turned off and everything backed up horribly. Rescue Rooter got a plumber out to us very quickly on the same day and the tech — named Jack P — was so helpful and knowledgable. The issue was not pleasant at all. He cleared all the lines and solved our issue. Huge relief! I highly recommend him and Rescue Rooter!

I had an excellent experience with Rescue Rooter. They were able to come out the same morning to unclog our kitchen drain line about 30ft down.

Jack was great to work with he did the best of his ability to get my job done and to make sure the problem does not happend in the future. I had a basement sink that was clogged and he had to snake it multiple times the get the job done right.

This company was on it instantly when I realized I had a water leak. Joseph came out within an hour of my call and did his best to ascertain the problem. The source of the leak was not readily apparent but he knew mitigation work was needed. Joseph said he would call a company to come out and get started. Less than an hour after he left, the mitigation specialists were at my door! Awesome service!

I have used Rescue Rooter/Jack Howk Plumbing twice in the past month and a half. Two totally different issues but both times the service was exceptional. Tyson went above and beyond to make sure the 1st job was handled correctly and immediately took care of any hiccups that happened. I appreciated the great service and communication from Tyson throughout the project. Jack P. handled 2nd job with efficiency, good communication and professionalism.

This evening plumber technicians Jordan and Joseph responded promptly to my home and within 10 minutes had my clog cleared. They honored a $83 mailing and I am a happy camper. There are way too many high priced plumbers out there!!! The "J" duo was very professional.
This afternoon plumber technician Atkenson spent more than two hours clearing roots from a bathroom-to-septic tank drainline. Again I was most pleased with the effort of Rescue Rooter. This was a great value and I stand as a permanent customer.

Not sure how effective the treatment was as the plumber just left however I can say he was very friendly and a joy to have around. The price seems high however coming with a year warranty it does seem like a good value depending on if the work holds up.
Came back a year ish later to say that his work was effective and I’ve not had a problem since 😁😁😁
