Our service technician Derrick F. was great, he was on time, extremely courteous and respectful of my house. Our issue: we had two rooms that were not receiving air conditioning, so he checked the dampeners on our HVAC system and came to the conclusion they were faulty and needed to be replaced (not receiving electrical current needed to operate). He put the request in to order the replacement parts and now I am waiting for a new date and time to schedule the work. He was able to manually set the system so that the rooms would get some A/C. You have an awesome technician there, don’t let him go. Thanks Derrick!

An issue was found regarding the original installation that was done three years ago. A technician came out and the parts were ordered. Today the issue was corrected.
