The ARS/Rescue Rooter HVAC tech was respectful, courteous, and followed COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask and social distancing. He also wore gloves and shoe protectors. He was efficient and explained everything to me. I would definitely use ARS again for future HVAC needs.
ARS is great! The office staff was very helpful and courteous.
I used ARS to diagnose/instal a new water heater in June and with some other work again in December. This is mostly a review of our technician, Scott. He has seriously been amazing. Despite 6 months and countless other jobs I’m sure, he remember very specific details about our situation. I genuinely felt that he cared about fixing our problem and making sure we were provided the best service and to resolve our problems. He gave honest advice on how to communicate with the water heater manufacturers and how to ensure I got the best result from my dealings with them. Even after Scott’s portion of the job was done, he requested that I let him know once we were up and running again. I will be specifically requesting him for all our future work! (Side note, all this work has been done during the pandemic so far, and he wore a mask and gloves at all times and I felt totally safe having him in my home.)
