My technician arrived earlier than planned and was very professional.
ARS Customer Service is exceptional. They seemed to sincerely care about our AC not working properly. They came out same day as promised.
Jose was great! After a long hot day h was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I wish I had called them sooner. I would highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was great. He was very punctual and helped diagnose our HVAC issue on a Sunday night. He could expertly talk about what was going on to us. Would definitely recommend.
Our tech Donny was great. He explained everything to me, was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. The cost was a lot less than expected and the service was a great value. I’m glad I called and will remain a customer.
Just need to remember to put on shoe cover, to prevent tracking grass in the house.

Everyone that went to my home was very respectful to my wife as she's a covid 19 Survivor and works from home. They worked with us to get an ac unit and installed it a day earlier. Thus Insuring my wife had a peaceful rest last night and was able to breathe without worrying about her oxygen levels. We give them a 💯 +10=110 for all their work as a team to take care of their customers....
Arturo did an excellent job of checking all possible problems with our heat pump. We are still baffled as to why we both have headaches in the morning and into the day. The only change in our environment has been the new heat pump.

My technician Tony did a first rate job, not just with the repair, but more importantly, to me, with explaining what needed to be fixed and why. He made me both comfortable and confident that the work being done was necessary and gave me some great advice on what to watch for with my aging HVAC system. I hope I don't have to call for repairs again any time soon but the next time I need help I won't hesitate to call on these folks.

The experience was very good. The sales tech Stephen M. did a great job of accessing my AC/Heating old unit and determined the correct new one. He was knowledgeable about what needed. We discussed the different options and how the installation process would work. When I had additional questions he fould the solutions.
The team that installed my new unit was early and very friendly. They told me everything they would be doing. They cleaned everything up nicely, took away the old unit. Assisted me in programming the new thermostat. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Great job!

Well, I purchased an AC unit two years ago. After a year, it leaked and destroyed my ceiling. Mind you, it was the middle of summer and it took about a month for them to get the part and fix my ceiling. Unfortunately, it's leaking again with the same results, a damaged ceiling. The unit is cooling but, the technician did not see where the problem was or what was causing it. Infact, the technician was giving his opinion of where the problem wasn't, insinuating that it wasn't the unit. Stating that the leak was coming from another source. That is the only thing in my attic that has water in it. The leak is in the same exact spot from the first time. It has not rained on my house in 3 weeks. You be the judge.
I’m the 1st owner of this house/system. Have reported since 2021 that very little if any air/heat blows in from two bdrms on second floor. Til today’s maintenance 8/1/23, problem still exists. Yearly maintenance has been increased to $350, replacement filters not provided and you must demand that your condenser unit is cleaned every visit. Had my Spring maintenance done in Spring, yet they schedule my Fall maintenance on Aug. 1, before heat can be checked according to Technician. Certainly will be prepared to go elsewhere once system is working as designed. I want a superior product and maintenance.
