Excellent cleaned up better than I expected
Mike was excellent and was able to unlock the system that I had somehow locked on the Honeywell box. He even figured out that my exhaust fan in the bathroom was on making me think that the fan was still running.
Jeff is an awesome technician. He repaired my vent cover in no time and I enjoyed talking with him.

Derrick Shane Cooper is our tech of choice. He is patient with questions and answers clearly. He is certainly the best tech we’ve had and is definitely an asset to ARS. We make sure to schedule maintenance visits so that our request for Derrick Cooper is possible.

I've use ARS for my system installation and service for 5 years. They have always done a great job.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and made sure I understood. He also made necessary recommendations to help my system run smoothly and better and explained why he made the recommendation based on what he saw. Jose was the technician.

I have been with ARS for many years. The technicians are professional and competent. Derrick Shane Cooper seems to care about the work he does and explained exactly what was done in terms I understood. This made me feel comfortable about the work he did today.

Heating system diagnostics done. Estimate of cost to repair provided. Will need to contact other appliance/HVAC repair service I have an agreement with to see if they will cover repair. If not, I will happily use ARS for the repair. Jose especially is knowledgeable and fair. I never feel pressure/upselling from any of the professionals I’ve dealt with. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

ARS service tech Joseph Civitalllo, was very professional and knowledgeable while servicing my 3 year old HVAC system. The suggestion to install the air scrubbers and UV lights was very much appreciated.
