Jorge was very professional, however he had to reschedule because my AC is on my roof and it’s a 2 men’s job for safety reasons.

Today had my biannual maintenance checkup with Jesus A BurgosOliveros who was thorough and gave my Rheem unit I purchased from ARS in 2017 a clean bill of health. Been with ARS for over 10 years and always recommend to friends.

I called at 9 a.m. and requested an afternoon appointment from 4 to 8. No one had called so I figured they were not showing up, but I called at 7:45 p.m. They did answer. They said they would reach out to dispatch. About a half hour later I called again letting them know that I had not heard from anyone. The ladies on the phone were very professional and cordial. As I was on the phone I received a text from Alfredo to tell me he is on his way. He did call me to assess the situation. I was shocked that he was coming all the way from Miami. Alfredo was the most professional, pleasant, happy to help us type of person. He fixed everything with no hesitation. At this point it was 11 p.m., but we now have AC. Thank you Alfredo for having such a wonderful attitude and great work ethic. 👍 👍

2016 Great service, deliver installation on time. I recommended to friends. I reach then for another service related to an external AC whole service was a great value.
