With a PROS Club Membership, we inspect, clean and completely tune-up your systems to ensure they’re operating at their absolute best. Making sure your home’s HVAC systems and plumbing are operating at their best can prevent costly breakdowns and can help improve system safety.
Air Conditioning Tune-up:
- Check refrigerant levels and pressure
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Calibrate your thermostat(s)
- Examine air filter and replace if you have one on hand
- Inspect and tighten wiring connections
- Flush condensate drain
- Inspect and clean the condenser
- Inspect condenser fan motor and blades; lubricate if needed
- Check voltage and amperage draw
Heating Tune-Up:
- Clean and adjust burners
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Inspect and tighten wiring connections
- Visually inspect duct work for proper airflow
- Examine air filter and replace if you have one on hand
- Inspect for proper operation of igniter or pilot light
- Inspect blower compartment
- Inspect flame operation for safety and burn performance
- Calibrate your thermostat(s)
Plumbing Inspection:
- Inspect toilets, emergency shut-offs, washing machine hoses
- Check fixture operation & water flow
- Free main line sewer camera inspection upon request with full-size clean out access
- Water heater safety inspection including TMP valve test, controls wiring & elements check, inspect water lines, check anode rod condition, & flush tank (if practical)
Electrical Inspection:
- Check condition of Main Electrical Panel with Thermal Gun
- Check Main Electrical Panel connections, breaker size and condition
- Check outlets for signs of scorch marks or exposed wiring
- Check for proper GFCI grounded 3 Prong Outlets
- Confirm condition of grounding rod
- Test existing Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors
