For 2 yrs I have battled w Home Depot Boerne Location and the company, Will Fix It, whom Home Depot contracted to input my new Carrier AC. It has NEVER worked properly and has gone out so many times and is now out again. I have lists of Managers that I've spoken w at both companies and everyone passes the buck and still my AC is not fixed and it's barely 2yrs old. The guys who installed my unit apparently taped metal items and trash into...yes I said "into" my unit and messed up other people's homes per report of one of Will Fix It's Supervisors. This is so unfortunate and to have bought a $16K+ unit that has never worked properly and no one will fix it. #ExtremelyDissappointed #HOT. #POORcustomerservice #HomeDepot #HomeDepotBorneLocation #WillNOTFixIt

I called on September 26 for a service technician and no one came. I called again at 4pm and was told someone would contact me and no one did and no one came. This morning I called again and was told a technician would come within 45 minutes. No one came. I called again at 4 today and finally a technician named Adam came and fixed the problem. He was very efficient and professional. I am so happy now that the problem has been resolved. Thank you!

Mr. Asencion Fernandez ("Ace") was most helpful answering all the questions regarding HVAC replacement costs, transferring surge protectors and the ionizer air purifier to a new unit. He explained the benefits of getting the maintenance protection plan, it's costs and how it covers plumbing, AC and electrical services.
I am not ready to buy yet, but am researching the best options and companies for the near future.

Nelson Heavener was our technician and he was incredibly helpful. Told us all of the options we had and financing options. Our water heater ruptured and it was incredibly stressful, but Will Fix It helped us get through this entire process in one day! We have a brand new water heater and everything is perfect!

John Massey was prompt and polite. I called Will Fix It as a second opinion, and a potentially significant issue turned out to be something minor. He explained everything to me so I completely understood what he found with his camera.
I will most certainly call Will Fix It the next time I have a plumbing issue.

WillFixIt has highly competent and customer friendly technicians. They are truthful and they give you enough information, so you can make a solid decision on repair or replacement. I have been a customer for over 12 years and would highly recommend Will Fix It.
