The guy sent out was punctual informative and polite. He even suggested some things I could try before paying for them to do the job. If a sales guy or a contractor is honest with me like that I really appreciate it and I decided to go ahead and skip what he suggested and pay him to do it. I know it’s kind of stupid, but honestly goes a long way with me. Five Stars for sure.

I highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter. Robert was on time, professional and friendly and also explained the issues with my drains. He did an excellent job resolving my drainage problems and I’m completely satisfied with the work. This company and Robert are now my “go to” plumber.
